I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]
The statement that the business made has several lies in it and can be proven to be soI spoke to the agency on several occasions and I have my phone records WITH EVERY phone number called in and out of my phone and the length of times they wereOne guy called me back on the very day late that evening to ask me if I needed my car towed home and at that point my agent kept stating that they were going to take care of because I had coverage and for some reason they hadn't issued it and I had already paid for it I also can prove the numerous phone calls I made in which no one even answered my callAlso, when *** called me searching for my car, I told him to call me when he arrived so I could find out what was wrong on the insurance companies end, which he did NOT do and instead, towed my car to Flowers mechanic shop and not to the intended locationMY HOME!!! My does not belong to AGERO so if I want my personal property taken to my house using the coverage I paid for, it needs to be taken to my house Had *** called me back once he arrived at my car, I would have just paid him the money and given the receipt to my agent He did not do that but towed it farther away from home which charged a lot more, and called me when he had aIready arrived at the shopI live on a week to week check which is my purpose for paying monthly for road side assistanceThose people refused to take my car to my house *** being very rude and yes did yell at me and told me they were not allowed to tow a car to a customers house That was my reason for asking to talk to the manager and was given the owner Yes I do have several witnesses who can vouch for their yelling, including the health care professionals at the doctors office I was at on the first occasion, as well as a police officer on the final occasion when *** told me he could not deliver my car to my house after he had been paid to do soI did call them back to inquire about the missing items in the car and she directed me to call *** who never answered the phone The items were in the car upon pickup and were not upon drop off and were inside THEIR locked gatesAs far as me being difficult to deal with, I would have to say I had stolen property out of my vehicle that was not handled in an appropriate way and called the police and was instructed to go to the municiple court by the local law enforcement to file a motion for them to release my property because they had been paid and would not return it So I had fair reasoning to be upsetAccording to the businesss reviews I am not the only one making complaints of theft, rudeness, and poor customer service from that company I want my property returnedThat gun was a gift to my son from my now deceased father

On December 19,2014 we got a call to go to [redacted] street where we was supposed to pick up a 03 BMW when the driver picked it up and we towed it to [redacted] street when the driver got their the gates was locked up and no one was their he then called the dispatcher to let me know that no...

one was their and wanted to see what I wanted him to do well I told him to cal the customer he said he did said she was 2 minutes away we waited she still wasn't their I then called and couldn't get no one so I told him to bring it back to the shop so he could go on the next call. I then called agero her insurance to let them know they finally got in touched with her but by that time we had it on our lot about 3 hours so that is where the 25 dollars came from her insurance gave us another PO to deliver it but said we had to collect the storage from her said if she didn't pay bring it back and store it until Monday. The customer was very upset cause we wouldn't drop the car and leave the keys in it and we are not suppose to do that so she was very ugly with me and the driver she was cursing my driver and was being so ugly so I don't feel like we owe her no apology we feel she owes us one but as far as her getting her 25 dollars she will have to take that up with her insurance if she had of been their when my driver got their we would have dropped it and everything would have been okay so that is what went on.

On August 6,2015 we recived this call at 4:40 we gave them a hour and a half ETA cause that was out of our zip code but they took it anyway. [redacted] went on the call about 6 o'clock and it was about 14 miles to where he was we picked the car up and got to warm springs road a little after 7 the...

customer knew we was going to be pushing time so he should have set it up for the next morning my driver told him he would try to get it their and he did he can not fly he had to go about 16 miles in tow so that is why it was late. About 8:18 Agero calls his insurance wanting us to pick the car up and take it back to his house their insurance was only going to cover them for 11 miles because they had already towed it one time that day so the customer knew he was going to have some overage his insurance told him so that is where the 20 dollars came from we no not take money from the customer unless their insurance tells us they only paying for 11 miles in tow it's up to us to collect the rest of the money and so we did, so we feel we do no owe nothing back to him he has to take that up with his insurance people.As far as [redacted] needing more training he has been with this company for a while and I have yet to hear anybody saying he needs more training he is very honest and does very good at his job. customer was just upset that he had to pay 20 dollars and we was late picking his car up so with that being said I am sorry they got upset with us and felt they had to report us without talking with us first but I know we can't make them all happy no we are not perfect but we try our best to be their for the customer.

On Feb 4,2016 we got a call from Agero telling us to go pick uo Mrs [redacted] car when the driver [redacted] got their it was the wrong car and  apparently the Mazda was not on the insurance yet so my Driver calls me and I tell him to call her and let her know she needs to call the insurance to let...

them know so we waited and waited so [redacted] calls her and she told him to go ahead and take it to where it was suppose to go and that was to Flowers Auto that's where Agero told us that is where the car is to go, we as a tow company has to do what the insurance company tell us so we did when we got there we call [redacted] and let her no and she got upset and said no that is not where I want the car so bring it to me well then she call me (Joy) and I will say I was not ugly with her or did I raise my voice to her neither did [redacted] we have been on this call for about 45 minutes and we had calls holding [redacted] got on the phone with her told her that he could bring it to her house for 60 dollars she said I will call back we waited and she never called back till about and hour. so we had to bring it back to the shop until the insurance got it straightened out. I called Agero 2 times and they said they will have to get back with me cause they couldn't find the car. [redacted] told her that same day that we could tow it back to her house for 60 dollars but she kept telling us she will call back to let us know never heard back from her so we had it on the lot and just about every day I called to check on this car and I also called the Insurance. About her agent trying to come pay that was not so. Her agent called us and asked what was going on and I explain it too him and so did [redacted] he had no idea about what she had done or the truth why we had it no we did not bring it to have her to pay again we called numerous of times concerning her Mazda we just couldn't leave it at the shop in smiths station so she knew we brought it back to our lot until her insurance could fixer out what was going on.Her agent called and spoke with [redacted] and he sent the invoice over and he said he would let us know when he could get it approved And he would let me know and I will met him their well he called and I met him and when he got their I told him what happen again and he said he was sorry she did this but we did what we was suppose to do, said she went out of town wasn't worried about her car at the time so every day it sit in the lot it was 25 dollars a day so he paid for it and told me she would have to pay if he went anywhere else besides smiths station al. Her agent called her to let her know it was paid out she was going tongetbaomeine to come pick it up but it was the weekend and the person couldn't come so that's why it didn't get to the right shop so it could get fixes it had nothing to do with us. when Agero gave us the call to do again it had to go to Valley Al. When we called her she was so upset but we asked her why we couldn't get in touch with her about her car she said she been out of town as if she didn't care cause she knew she wasn't paying for the car her State Farm did and about the stuff in her car I  personally don't know what she is talking about what was in the car I asked the driver about it he said he didn't look in the car don't nothing about the Gun or the money.
I know we get mad mouth all the time but I can say I do lose it at times but [redacted] and I never got ugly with her and said anything out of the way to her we called to try to work this out but she wouldn't never answer the phone but wasn't worried about the car at the time so what was we suppose to do just take it and drop it off with out the insurance knowing that's not how we do business.
I am truly sorry for all the  inconvenience  We might have cause to her but we couldn't deal with her neither could her agent so that's why we had the car that long we don't feel like we owe the customer anything cause we didn't take anything from her or know about the gun or the money we don't go around stealing stuff out of people car. She was so mad and upset at us and if only she would have took care of it that day this wouldn't had happen.
