Review: I had the unfortunate experience of being pressured into purchasing "membership" in this organization's "Who's Who". This "Who's Who" is a scam and I cancelled my membership. I also filed a complaint about the high-pressure tactics used to obtain individual's commitment to purchase a membership. I requested that they cease-and-desist any and all contact with me. Today I received a bill for membership.Desired Settlement: I want them to stop any and all contact with me. It matters not what name they use. I want NO contact regarding any services from the named organization or any other name that they may use or change to in the future.

Review: I was billed through two businesses for different sums and the same or similar product. I would be called by Social Book, Worldwide who's who and All-Pro. The product would be "sold" through Worldwide Who's Who and Social Book and a fee was paid, then All-Pro would call that the product was finished and the money needed to be collected for delivery. I thought the charges were excessive for the product received. I was told by my rep that the product was paid for then I would get the calls from Social Book and all-Pro about payment and delivery payment when product was ready. Payments ranged from $500-6000. As each product was ordered, the payment from Social Book and All-Pro Media became larger and larger.Desired Settlement: A refund for duplicate services would be appreciated.

Review: on 5/*/2013, I was solicited by All Pro Media Group to advertise with them on their live radio show in which I did on 5/*/2013 charging me $750.00 which also included a Twitter Email Campaign and a major press release. None was ever proven that this was ever done. Then, in July of 2013, the sales person presented me with an advertising package for $999.00 and that would include a website design, purchased domain, purchased hosting, purchased email server, custom built code for site, integrate all client data, build e-commerce capabilities and a 30 minute radio show in which I did not do. the product I am selling on the web is jewelry. In the meantime turned over my account to another rep. Let me add I was first going to sell Touch Lamps

but since my first radio program did not produce any sales or inquiries I switched my product to jewelry. [redacted] was very positive that that was better product to sell than lamps. He lied to me that the website was looking great, my jewelry would sell, speaking to all his clients about the jewelry, etc. Then one day I asked him how many pieces I can do, and he said as many as you want. So I emailed him more pieces. The website was never created and shown proof to me. Then [redacted] turned the whole story that the monies paid was for web page. I stated that that was not presented to me that way. He stated that that was the fault of the designer. I called them this morning (12/*/13) and they said the site had been done and if I wanted to I could pay them more money because it was done. I didn't know this and they are backing out of paying me $999.00 for situations that I was not aware of. All they did was promise and lie to me. I believe they are unethical people to deal with. Companies cannot be so independent and say that they do not owe me money when they did wrong. All they want is I should pay for something I was not aware of. Proof! I feel, they should reimburse me the money I paid them. Calls were never returned and all I did was wanting information, and they did so charmingly. All they did was nickel and dime me because to pay for the mistakes they did.Desired Settlement: I want payment in the amount of $999.00 and $750.00 which comes to a total of $1749.00. They have never proven to me that any of this campaign for $750.00. I feel they are not reputable as to doing business. they turn everything around.

Review: All Pro Media charged over $1000.00 on my American Express Card without my permission and forged my signatureDesired Settlement: $1,897.00

Between the time period of June **, 2013 and January **, 2014 [redacted] made a number of purchases with All Pro Media Group. Upon being charged for the services rendered [redacted] was sent an invoice after each and every purchase which clearly stated our firm's "Terms and Conditions." We e-mailed [redacted] a copy of each invoice within 24 hours of the purchase as well as shipping a hard copy in the mail which he received within 3-5 business days. Upon the arrival and review of each invoice, [redacted] signed and returned each invoice back to us. In March of 2014 we received a notification from American Express that [redacted] had charged back his last purchase with us for the amount of $1,098.00 claiming that we allegedly forged his signature. We responded back to the charge back as required, providing a copy of the invoice that was sent, signed, and returned back to us by [redacted]. We also provided visual proof (photographs) of the merch andise and work that was completed by All Pro Media Group. We then provided tracking information from our shipping provider proving that we not only shipped the documents(invoice, completed written work, etc.) to [redacted] but also the tracking information proving that all the completed merchandise was shipped to [redacted] in a reasonable amount of time following the order of the purchase. We faxed all information to American Express as required and received a response back from them shortly after, siding in our favor meaning that we won the charge back. Considering the fact that [redacted] had made several purchases with our company throughout the previous year and was well aware of our 72-hour refund policy, if he did not wish to move forward with the purchase he was aware that he did NOT have to and could contact us requesting a refund. We were never contacted by [redacted] therefore we followed through with the work and merchandise ordered. We feel that his complaint made to the Revdex.com is completely unwarranted. Furthermore, he has no evidence that his signature was ever forged by All Pro Media Group. We do, however, have multiple signed invoices from several purchases made by [redacted] that we could send to you if necessary to prove our innocence including the signed invoice from the $1,098.00 charge that he attempted to dispute with American Express. As I stated earlier, we also have proof of any and all completed work and merchandise as well as proof of delivery that we could provide to you as well. We NEVER in any way fabricated any documents or forged any signatures like [redacted] claimed and we take considerable offense to such accusations. If there are any other questions or concerns regarding this complaint please contact the office at ###-###-#### or e-mail us at [redacted].

Review: I have been billed for duplicate services from Social Book and All Pro-Media. When a book is published, I also get billed from Empire Publishing. I have been charged for Twitter accounts, web pages, facebook, videos from both all pro and social book. I see some of the stuff on the internet, but can't tell which is from which company. My original contact was through Worldwide Who' who (Cambridge Who's who). I have received services, but I believe extremely over priced for the end product. I have earned "awards" through both companies--the same ones offered within days of each other. They are nice looking awards, but overpriced at half the cost. The award was "earned" by my agreement to pay "X" dollars for the award.I have not received anything from Social Book although they claim the goods are intangible until the end (book)Web pages have been designed by both groups although when I check the internet, I can't tell which group has put it up. The billing practices and the quality of the product is very questionable to me. I was quoted a price and then when the "product" was available I would get a call for the payment, which higher than I agreed to originally. When I questioned it, I was told some plausible explanation. Some were paid on several credit cards and some through my checking account. Thanks for whatever you can do.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund on the overpricing of any items, overdraft charges on my checking account paid, or any duplicate services that were charged. I believe this was a scam and I unfortunately did not figure it out soon enough.
