I went to the doctor on both occasions and they treated for the sumac when indeed it was bed bugsI have pictures on my phone of the bites. I recently had *** come in and they said I had them for quite some timeThe doctor assumed I knew what it was I received two Kenalog shots with no reliefI am not denying anything at this point They (Quality Pest) should of fillowed up with me and been more insistent about doing another inspectionI believe I am in the right!

They should of called me sooner to get me scheduled for a follow-up The bed bugs gestation is 10-days! I would like my money for the treatments back They are the ones in the wrong!

We treated for bed bugs for the first time on 2/11/and charged $then we treated again on 2/25/and charged $we did not do a third treatment because *** was no longer seeing bed bugsWe heard back from *** I believe in June she said she thought she still had bed bugs she

We had an inspection set for 7/22/Quality Pest Control did not cancel that inspection *** called and cancelled and said the reason was because of poison ivy or sumac
We did not have an opportunity to inspect to see if there were bugs at ***'s house or not
