I had a terrific experience when 'purchasing' a motorcycle from All Pro Motorsports - A+, a fast and easy experience . . . BUT . . . when it came to the administriva of the transaction . . . IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ! ! ! There seemed to be a disconnect between the sales process (handled by the owner) and the paperwork processing part of the process.
I had to call 2 times to remind them to send out the title which came about 3 weeks after I purchased the bike. Administrative support exemplified the epitome of INCOMPETENCE and UNFRIENDLY CUSTOMER SUPPORT ! ! ! This experience was further confounded by the fact that the information on the title was incomplete - causing further inconvenience when attempting to get plates for the bike (which was close to the deadline without incurring penalties for late registration).
ALL IN ALL - NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE ! ! !
