In regard to ID [redacted] , we have spoken to Mr [redacted] many times concerning this matterAs for Mr [redacted] calling from a blocked number, we would have no idea of a blocked number because we do not have caller IDIf we did not answer when he called it was because we where busy with a customer or on the other line with a customerWe have also spoken with his girlfriend (we did not have to speak to her being that she is not the purchaser and her name is not on any of the paperwork) The title work for Mr [redacted] is at the Department of Motor VehiclesWe cannot control the mail or how long it takes for the DMV to process the paperwork.As for the disputed amount of $104.50, that is the cost for title work fees and taxes, We feel that this amount should not be refunded to Mr [redacted] because the title work is being completed at this timeAt the time that Mr [redacted] purchased this motorcycle, he also had a trathat he did not pay taxes on and was given tax credit for the tradeIn all actuality, Mr [redacted] should owe us $but we did not ask Mr [redacted] for this and just took care of it here at the dealership and absorbed the $

Hello, this email is in regards to the reply from All Pro Motor Sports. Under WV state law per the WV DMV dealer services, Dealers are required within 60 days of point of sale to complete title work with the WV DMV. Upon speaking with dealer services the title wasn't sent within 60 days (point of sale was 09-19-2016). According to WV DMV dealer services, All Pro Motorsports scanned the title into the DMV system on 04-21-2017. As far as a tax credit, I informed the salesman ([redacted]) that I did not pay taxes on my previous trade and inquired as to wheteher or not I would have to for the motorcycle I was going to purchase. At this time I am not requesting money for the taxes and title fees due to the paperwork being eventually sent. However, I am considering a possible resolution with All Pro due to the fact that I was unable to sell or trade my motorcycle due to lack of a title. Please keep in mind that I am aware of another similar situation and would like for this problem to be resolved and for this problem not to happen in the future.
