He paid me in full for the work I've doneThey decided to finish the work themselves and wanted me to come back a couple of months later to do touch upThey live about an hour away, so I could only come back when I had another job near themI told them I'd be close at a certain time, and they didn't accept thatI've always stayed in contact with them, I've never not answered his call, and I even went back over there and picked up my toolsLast time we spoke, he said he didn't want me back because I'd waited too long to come back outHowever, I was in the midst of other jobsMost of the time, people want me to come back in a couple of weeksThey wanted me to come back out months laterThey want me to now touch up their work in addition to my workAnd I would but they wouldn't wait for me to do thatThe consumer always carries around a gun everyday and they're nice people and me and my workers thought highly of them, but that makes me uncomfortableI'm still willing to come out and touch up his work and my work

The business owner would not return to the home to complete the entire project long after he had been paid in full In fact, he became rude and derogatory towards me stating that the reason he wouldn't complete the work he was paid for was my fault Despite finishing minor cosmetic issues, additional subar work needed to be addressed The business owner would make arbitrary dates that his employees would come over to finish, none of which ever happened After months of begging the comtractor, he was ultimately told not to step foot on my property again

My initial experience with all pro painting started off quite well The owner was readily available and eager to start work Due to some difficulties with zoning regulations and city ordinances, our project ran into multiple road blocks Once those obstacles were behind us, all pro painting began promptly The laborers for the company were kind, courteous, and did a fine job After the mud and tape work was completed, they then began on the painting The last day the painters were present, the entire project was not completed Every room within the house had fresh coats of drywall mud over the new paint They said that when drywall is painted, subtle blemishes become obvious which requires touch up They also said that rather than 100% complete the job on that particular day, it was their standard practice to come back after the other contractors were completed so they could patch any damages created after the fact They left their tools, paint brushes, and paint and I was informed to contact them when we were ready That was thest time any employee from all pro painting ting stepped foot on my property to work For the next months, my wife and myself attempted have the owner send a crew over to home Unfortunately for us, all pro painting had been paid in full by this point and showed no further interest in our project other than retrieving their tools The first documented request for the laborers to come and finish was made on april and after double digit request proved futile, the owner was told on September not to step foot on my property again When this conversion began, the owner was obviously annoyed by my disgust and proceeded to degrade me and stated I was to blame for all of the problems He stated that this is how it works and would have to wait until his men were available Despite his laborers telling me a month prior that there was lots of time to come overThe owner even had the audacity to state the fault was mine because I was "playing contractor" He said if I would hired a real contractor like himself that the project would have run smoothly He also arbitrarily stated that he "waited months" for me to let him know we were ready for his crew to come back and finish This is easily disprove thru the checks submitted, as well as dates text correspondence Even when these obvious truths were brought to his attention, he would never directly respond Rather, he would become argumentative, accusatory, and hostile He finally asked at the end of our conversation if I wanted him to come back to finish or not I thought that I had made expressly clear over the past months that I didBut after our last interaction, I did not trust that his me would show up Or if they did, that a quality job would be performed When I was in business for myself, prior to becoming a full time fire fighter, the thought of treating a customer with such disdain or not completing something that I stated I would (especially after being paid), is foreign to me I'm aware that my review here will cause no harm to all pro painting The owner even indicated so to me He stated verbally that all of his business is comes via word of mouth I'm writing this mostly for my satisfaction and on the off hand chance someone co suffering is g this company finds this review thru their internet research

He paid me in full for the work I've done. They decided to finish the work themselves and wanted me to come back a couple of months later to do touch up. They live about an hour away, so I could only come back when I had another job near them. I told them I'd be close at a certain time, and they...

didn't accept that. I've always stayed in contact with them, I've never not answered his call, and I even went back over there and picked up my tools. Last time we spoke, he said he didn't want me back because I'd waited too long to come back out. However, I was in the midst of other jobs. Most of the time, people want me to come back in a couple of weeks. They wanted me to come back out months later. They want me to now touch up their work in addition to my work. And I would but they wouldn't wait for me to do that. The consumer always carries around a gun everyday and they're nice people and me and my workers thought highly of them, but that makes me uncomfortable. I'm still willing to come out and touch up his work and my work.
