We will call them again if needed.

Call at 10 am asking if they would do emergency service. After being said that it can be done, placed an order. First call came timely, I was told to expect person comin between 12 and 1pm. After that, another call, caller seems didn't know where my appartment is located. I called few times, only voice messaging. Left message. Make long story short. Nobody ever show up. Talking about service or courtesy.

Ariel [redacted] came out in 30 minutes and did a excellent job. His pricing was fair and he was polite and efficient.
