I'm shock to find that Fibertec has such a high Revdex.com rating "A" This company is run by a bunch of un professionals who will often put the blame for their bad procedures and service to the fault of the customers I spend over $30,with this company and I have to say on a scale of to 10, their windows are - If you paid for Argon filled glass windows like I did, I can almost guarantee, that there is "NO" Argon within the panels of my windows I purchase from them have condensation between them, of them have been previously replaced once already On the second order of windows from them, they were days late and I was told that I was at fault that Fibertec has internal communication problems and that it was also my fault to have my contractors on site to install windows to which they had confirmed to be delivered but failed to deliver, not only once, but twice!! If you want to deal with this company, please be ready to be disappointed with the customer service and to weeks late on your delivery/installation I strongly suggest anyone reading this to find another company to purchase your windows from It can't be worst than Fibertec
