I am the ownerWe did the basement and it turned out greatHe did not pay for a few extras and the floor in the basementHe called us to come back to remodeling a bathroom & remodeling the laundry roomWe did a walk through and he paid me
and everything was fineHe called & said there were a few things to be done like touch up paint & some grout in the tileI didn't have a change to get back to himI told him he didn't pay for the floor in the basemen & there is paint there so he could do a touch upI told him I would come back and take care of it but I am very busy nowI need more time

The basement was done three years earlier and has nothing to do with this complaintMoreover, ***, the owner of AllPro never told us that he did extra in the basement for freeIf he did, he should have charged us accordingly or told usThat was never the caseAs far as the current complaintThe unfinished areas include: paint, grout, tile strip, and paint on the cabinetsThe areas left unfinished were hidden and noticed after the walk throughIt was brought up to him and we are going on several monthsI think we waited long enoughIn addition, he promised to come out to fix it on multiple occassions, but failed to n do soI will not use him to complete the work because he failed to show up when he promised he wouldI will only go with another company at this point

If he did, he should have charged us accordingly or told us. That was never the case. As far as the current complaint. The unfinished areas include: paint, grout, tile strip, and paint on the cabinets. The areas left unfinished were hidden and noticed after the walk through. It was brought up to him and we are going on several months. I think we waited long enough. In addition, he promised to come out to fix it on multiple occassions, but failed to n do so. I will not use him to complete the work because he failed to show up when he promised he would. I will only go with another company at this point.
