I am rejecting this response because:The initial assessment of purchasing the wrong color of shingles was provided to me by *** *** who took down packs of shingles some of which were not encased in their original plastic containers but were looseSince both sides of a roof shingle can have the same texture but not the same color, they assumed there was at least packs that were not the same color as the actual roof which was replacedI verified physically in a recent visit to my mother that the packs of shingles brought down from the roof were in fact the same color, so this is not an issue anymore. However, the main concern now is that in review of the adjusters report and the written estimate of the roofer (*** ***) of All Pro Restoration, NOWHERE is it written that the insurance company or All Pro Restoration would have MUTUAL agreement between my mother and for *** *** to purchase 14-packs of tab, year "brownwood" shingles?? I find it hard to believe *** *** would buy the extra shingles out of the kindness of his heart when the insurance company estimates show he would have paid at least another $1,out of his pocket for the extra material? The adjusters initial report (claim number: 0411421282) shows on page that the adjuster wrote down that the entire surface area of the roof would cover square feet of shingles to be covered at 50% since only half the roof was being repairedThis amounted to a total estimate for material & labor of $for 1/of the roofMy mother received a check from the insurance company of $vscheck # dated 5-9-My mother gave *** *** cash payments of $1,on 5-9-vsreceipt # 854822, $on 5-11-vsreceipt # and $1,on 5-12-vs receipt # for a total of $3,250.00. By industry standards, this is an excessive charge to be placing on a any client for 1/of a roof that only covered 700-square yardsThe entire roof was estimated to be approxsquare feet by the adjusterIn addition to this, he guaranteed his labor and workmanship for years but refuses to take time to come and nail down the metal drip edge around the house which was not nailed in correctly and is coming up in some areas! My mother has called him several times to inform him of this and he doesn't seem to careMy elderly mother was taken advantage of by *** *** who was very rude & abrupt during the whole process and he never returned phone calls or told my mother he did not have time to talk when she kept calling him to come and take the shingles off her roof because it was causing people who were intent on stealing the packets of shingles at night time. This went on for several months before I was able to get some help from J&H Construction to take down the shinglesDuring this time frame, my mother would keep calling the police at night to report that someone was on her roof and caused extreme emotional distress for her. She does not remember agreeing or allowing Mr*** *** to buy the extra set of shingles and she claims that he wanted an additional $from her to finish the rest of the roofTo which she told him she did not have that type of money at this time but might consider it if she gets some money in the futureAt no time, did she agree for him to leave the shingles on her roof either and he NEVER told her he was going to leave them on her roof until she started noticing somebody "walking" on the roof and later found out that the packets of shingles on the roof itself!!We have records of her making at least calls a week for several months to police to report that someone was trying to steal the shingles left on the roof thereafter which may prove helpful when this case gets escalated to small claims court. The written estimate which *** *** provided my mother dated 5-9-does not outline exactly how many packets of shingles he was going to buy with the money my mother was being required to give him. The adjusters report shows that it would cost per industry standards at least $3,to replace the whole square yards of roof area with at least packs of tab, year shinglesbut was marked down 50% and estimated total for 1/of that roof estimate would be $1,512.52. In this fact alone, *** *** overcharged my mother for 1/of a roof and left at least packs of shingles on my mother's roof without her verbal or written agreement. Leaving said packets of shingles on her roof attracted thieves to come at night and steal at least of the packs for which my mother is not responsible for. Mr*** *** is lying when he says that he spoke with my mother in her living room and discussed the purchase of shingles out of his own pocket, and that my elderly disabled mother gave him permission to leave the packets of shingles on the other side of the roof which was not done or repaired. I am demanding that *** *** who is sole proprietor of All Pro Restoration take the following actions: Finish nailing in the metal drip edge around the house as there are areas where it is coming up and not nailed in properlyPick up the packets of shingles he purchased since according to him, they don't belong to my mother and he bought them out of the kindness of his heart? Re-imburse my mother for overcharging her on 1/of a roof job on a estimated plus square foot area of roof which would have normally come out to $according to industry standards and the adjusters report so he owes my mother at least $now and not the initial $for the 4-packs of shingles valued at $per the adjusters reportIf this isn't done soon, I will file a lawsuit in small claims court for the emotional and mental stress he caused my mother for not finishing the roof properly on day after completion and rain water entered my mother's room and flooded the floor with water to which she had to get up at in the a.mto place buckets and mop up water that kept coming in through the uncovered roof part. The next business days on 5-10-16, he brought an air blower and dried it out but this is all attributed to his negligence in leaving an untied tarp over the felt paper on 5-9-at evening and the area experiencing heavy rain that night plus, for buying added packets of shingles and leaving them on the roof without asking permission from my mother.

this is her house the old roof color is shasta white and back of ther house is still the same ,brown is called brown wood or can see it completed all of the front same color the brand is from (owens coning) you can look up the dark brown color also the I bought her extra shingles out of
my pocket to help her out , for the back of the house ,I was will to take payments for the back like we had talk about ,she was aware that I left them up on the house I sat down in her living room when we under stood each other , she said that is was ok it was out of my pocket ,she knew she was going try to raise the rest of the money to do the back area ,also payments was given for the first part if you anything more email me back thank you look at the packages that are onthe roof on the first pic and thats the hole front house done what I was contract to dothanks

this got resolved by returning all of the down payment to the customer by all pro restoration thank you

I had a real problems and All Pro really helped me out. Don't hesitate to hire them. They were very good when fixing my house that involved several rooms. They were fast, VERY CLEAN, and once the repairs were completed you could not tell they were there. Everyone who worked for them was friendly, smart, professional, and very considerate of my situation. I would highly recommend you give All Pro Restoration a chance at working for you.

This company is extremely well run and very punctual. They were able to remove all damaged carpet, walls and furniture when my business suffered a flood. They took all furniture to an off-site storage facility and held it until the restoration was complete. I could not have been more pleased with their work.

I recently hired All Pro Restoration to demo two multi-family properties in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix, AZ. The buildings were constructed in the 1950's and as such, needed an extensive asbestos abatement prior to demo. Sean and Wil educated me on the process, gave me the competitive pricing I was looking for and executed ahead of schedule while keeping me informed of their progress every step of the way. They lived up to every promise made during the bid process and I can honestly say it was the most seamless and enjoyable experience I've ever had with a contractor. I fully endorse them without hesitation and look forward to working with them again in the near future.

I had All-Pro renovate my new home before I moved in. They put new tile, carpet, paint, granite counters, painted the cabinets, and made some electrical alterations. I have to say that I have never had a better construction experience. They were fast, responsive, under budget and the quality of the work is perfect. They provided design advice at our request throughout the job and their colors and finish work is beautiful. The sub-contractors they use are there when they say they will be, they actually come back to touch up/correct small issues after they are done and they are courteous. Will McCleve was my contact with All-Pro and I found him over at the house working late a number of times, he really takes deadlines seriously and makes them happen. I didn't have to motivate anybody; it was an effortless process for us. We made a bunch of changes mid-stream and Will took it in stride and had a great attitude throughout the project. I will always use this company going forward, like I said, I've never had such a good customer service experience.

Suffering a total fire loss to our residence, we were introduced to multiple restoration contractors from our insurance company for our rebuild. Eventually we met with Wil and Sean from All Pro Restoration. After many meetings, we hired them and they did everything they said they would. From coming up with the design of our home, to the complete rebuild, to dealing with our insurance company and bank, All Pro Restoration delivered a fantastic home to our family. We are now back in our home and it is spectacular! We would recommend using All Pro to anyone who suffers a fire like we ours. Great Job!

My house accidently burned down about a year ago, and after a long process with the insurance company I received the funds to rebuild it. Will and Sean from All Pro Restorations were recommended to me by someone who's opinion I take very seriously. They did a incredible job on my home, from start to finish they were great and easy to work with, fair and understanding of all my request and made sure I was completely satisfied with my home. They even came back in after I paid them to change a few things I wanted changed and Will even helped me hang a few TV's on the wall. I've never been one to trust company's or really anyone when they say they will do something and do it right, but my experience with All Pro Restorations has made me see that there are still some great people in this world who do really care about how you feel when its all said and done. I would recommend these guys to anyone who recently suffered a loss, they will handle your case with care and make sure you're made whole again.
