They do a lousy job of covering things that can't handle the chemicals. It especially upset us when his company killed our beautiful orange tree. Initially, he said he would replace it and we waited and waited. We finally called once things started opening again, and now he claims he never said that and he won't replace it. We will never use him again.
All-Pro has responded to Ms. and investigated her concern.. We did look at the tree which is claimed to be killed by our company and came to the conclusion that there was no possible way we could have killed this size of tree, so far away from the roof cleaning area. If the tree has not been removed, we would be happy to send an Arborist to investigate the reason the tree died. All-Pro prides itself on professional service and following up with any customer concerns that may happen to resolve the issue. However, in this case, unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility in this situation. The ***'s have been a long time customer of our company and we are sorry to hear they were not satisfied with the outcome of our follow-up..
