said that the issues were resolved with the permit and the inspection passed. We would like for the Revdex.com to get in contact with her so this complaint can be dropped. Thank You

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. As far as I am concerned, the issue is over. I see no need for any further business.

I am rejecting this response because:This company is anything but honest and straight forward.  They continue to say that they are calling me and that I am not calling back.  I repeat, I have not received one phone call from this company or any message.  If they say they are calling me, they are lying.  In fact, this is the first time I've ever complained to the Revdex.com about any company ever in my entire life.  First they lied to me during a routine chimney sweep and told me that the house could burn down if I didn't get a new liner put in.  Then I got the liner put in which was obviously too small and they poured concrete down the chimney to hold it in place!  Luckily they were too lazy to tile knock the tera cotta from inside the chimney, because it made it easier for another company to come in and knock the concrete out from inside the chimney and fix the disaster that they created, although this cost me probably $2,000 more than it would've cost had All Pro not done the damage.  The ONLY reason I haven't sued them is because it would probably cost me more in legal fees than its worth.  After they put the liner in that was too small, they did come back several times.  The first time, they insisted that I wasn't building the fire big and hot enough.  So the "owner" (thats who he said he was) built a giant fire and the entire house filed with smoke so bad that we all had to leave the house.  All the fire alarms were going off and it took weeks for the smell of smoke to clear off my furniture.  He also dropped a flaming log on the carpet in the room, once he realized that the size of the fire was not effecting the draft, and had to remove it from the fireplace and bring it outside because the house was filling with smoke so badly.  The burning log he dropped burned up the rug and left about 3x4 feet worth of burnt carpet.  At this point he insisted that there must be some draft somewhere in the house that's causing a problem, which also wasn't the case.  Then he said the fireplace must never have worked properly, and that a larger liner might fix it but its unlikely.  He said that there is no way to fix it.  At this point, he was still expecting to get paid for the work.  I told him to try the larger liner.  At this point, I didn't know they put concrete in there, so I really don't know how he couldve put a larger liner in to try.  Whatever they did that day did not work and he told me that this fireplace never worked properly, and that based on the shape of it that it would never work.  Then I hired another company that looked at it and immediately knew that these hacks at All Pro caused the problem and created a much more expensive job.  They performed the work and days later I've been using the fireplace almost every day with absolutely no problems.  Does this sound like an honest and straight up company to you?  I will accept 50% blame for being naive enough to hire a company like this without doing my diligence and researching how terrible this company is.  I have learned my lesson though, and have done research on every other contractor I've hired.  I guess its a life lesson, but I want to let as many people know about this horrible experience that I've had to maybe stop someone else from having to go through this.
