Mr. and Mrs. ** did not pay their bill for their reroofing. After several months of non payment we  sent them a demand letter. We tried to explain the situation to them to no avail. After this time is when they sent in a complaint to the Revdex.com. After the letter to the Revdex.com was sent Mr. and Mrs. **...

paid their bill in full. Their complaint should have never been sent in.  All matters are resolved 100%.
