All pro installed new gutters on my house they have been back to my house 3 times to repair there work and still leaking at wrong end they don't call

We will be more than happy to fix the gutters as per our warranty. We are sorry for the delay but as you know a tornado hit *** a few months back and we have been very busy with the devastation at the campus and are backed up.

I understand you may be backed up but your husband *** has promised he was going to be here to fix my gutters on multiple occasions and never showed up or called this has been going on for 3 to 4 months now I want my new gutters fixed! !!!!
In all honesty you were told you needed the downspout during install and refused the recommendation stating you did not want it there because it would be at your driveway. So per your request it was not installed although you were informed it could cause an issue. Your color of gutter was a special order color and is not readily available for pickup at the local supply house. We completed the job as per your request against the advice of your professional installer. We offered to fix it even after your advice caused it not to function properly as the installer told you it might. At this point we do not feel liable as this is the work you insisted on.
