The work was completely unsatisfactory and, without any complaints or excuses, All-Pro agreed with our assessmentAs soon as they could, the owner of All-Pro, MrCurtis Harris personally visited our home and correctly servided our system
In addition, this Company actually apologized for the inconvenience AND voluntarily gave us a 50% discount on the original service call charge
I believe that we have, finally, found a company where "Service" has some meaning
