I had rear brakes put on my car (2008 Kia Spectra) in December 2011. They were supposed to have a lifetime guarantee. When I brought my car to them 3 years later, the manager said they could not honor the lifetime warranty because the brake calipers had pushed or worn into the brake pads causing the damage. He offered to replace them for $700. I declined and took my car to the Kia dealer, where the cost of brakes was $200. They said that the calipers were fine and that they were what was actually stopping the car. I do not recommend this business.
