on 1/3/16 NOT November.  So it's not possible for money to be owed on a
contract that did not exist until the day I gave him my down payment of
$900 on 1/3.  Apparently, Mr. Provenzano likes to rip people off by
stealing money and not doing the work he was paid to do and them claim
he is the one "firing" the customer.  You cannot "fire" a customer when

the fact that I paid him $900 and he only plowed once and never showed
up again.  I am willing to give him $105 for the one time that he plowed
and not one penny more.  Therefore I am still owed $795.  It is not

Revdex.com spoke to Corey at business and the following was relayed: The consumer contracted with me on November 3rd, 2015. He never paid until January. I had asked for payment several times and finally sent a text to him to find someone else. He contacted me right away and paid. The contract was for $800....

I plowed 4 times, including the big storm where I was there at 5 am and again at 10 am. He had called me at 8 am swearing at me and calling me names. The contract clearly states that when there is 6" or more there is no guarantee when we will be able to be there. I serviced him all season and fired him as a customer for being belligerent. I agreed to refund him $105 and will drop that off today.
