Review: I sent my car in to be smoged today and they made me wait 2 hours when they finally took my car to be tested and they were rough with it they knocked off a tube for the coolant and they left my car on so long it was over heating and they gave me the car back and told me my car cant be smoged because they were scared to work on it because they was a tiny bit of coolant and steam after they knocked off the tube then I got the car back home and noticed they brock the top of the radiator and let it over heat too much I now have to push it to our mechanic down the streetDesired Settlement: they broke the top of my radiator and I would like $300 for the radiator they broke so I can get it fixed somewhere

Hello my name is [redacted] I am the owner of All Pro Smog and I take my business very personal. In the state of California we have very harsh smog laws we are a test only facility which mean we cannot do any repair to a motor vehicle as per your complaint it states that we were scared to repair the vehicle is not the case its the law. I am sorry that your car has over heated but no vehicle should over heat even if the car ran for two hours. Every car has a cooling system that is suppose to operate to stop vehicle from over heating and keep the motor vehicle at operation temperature from the manufacture. I can also insure your that we did not let it sit and idle for two hours. We are very careful with cars and not hit the radiator that could injure myself or my employee we could be severely burned. The only thing I can do for you to satisfy your complaint is if the repairs have been made to the vehicle so that it does not over heat is give your a free smog but you will be responsible for all state fees which is 8.25. If this will satisfy your complaint please respond and I will mail you a voucher I hope you respond and understand that with any used car things happen and we have no reason to make your car over heat and not make money of testing your vehicle. I am sure the day you came in your were not charged a dollar even after us spending our time on the vehicle.thank you,[redacted]

Review: this tire shop had an untrained personnel to installed new rims and tires on my vechicle, screw on the wring lug nuts causing the driver's side tire to fall of while my wife and daughter was driving, total damage to our vehicle...[redacted] the owner and me agreed that he is fully responsible for this situation, he had it repaired cheaply...driver's side panel not intact,bottom shield not installed right,c.v.booths busted,vehicle rattles and shakes....our vehicle wasn't running like this before we handed to him prior to the incident.he refuse to get it overlook and repair so I cantact Ed my ibsurance and I'm going to go over with another estimate agianDesired Settlement: he needs to repair the damages
