If I could give less than one star, I would. Over 30+ years in business, this is the worst contact manager software I have EVER encountered. I have emailed them several times--no response. I have left messages several times--they never called me back. Even though I requested a report with page breaks after each letter, it jumbles up the alphabet. It does not page break and it prints random upper and lower case letters at the top of each page. This was a waste of my time and MONEY. Don't get sucked in. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and their product is pathetic.

I have been trying to reach someone at ALl Pro Software on adding my new summer league schedules and I am not able to do that, however I just can't seem to have anyone call me and or email me back. I understood the salesman to say I could call any time and get help with any issues I may have. This is not the case however. NOT HAPPY WITH ALL PRO SOFTWARE LLC. As we intend to open our new facility in the West Texas area, I have no plans on buying this software, nor do I have plans on recommending this to any other city parks that have inquired about our scheduling. I sure hope no one else has fallen into this situation.

I inquired multiple times from this company via email, phone, and fax in an attempt to answer some technical questions regarding their product before purchase. I searched all over the "Question & Answer" tab located on their site as well as the quick start up guide, but was unsuccessful in my search for my specific questions. I was never contacted back. From my research the programs that this company sells are of good quality, but the lack of customer service can make the purchase experience and overall experience difficult/ extremely stressful. When attempting to contact them by the phone the company NEVER answers, but rather sends you to voice-mail (with the promise of a call back) and directs you to their online site were unfortunately not all questions can be answered. I would have loved to purchase the product I was interested in for the company, but All-Pro must not be lacking in business because I was never was contacted back or ever given the slightest consideration. I wonder what it would have been like if I would have purchased the product and attempted to receive assistants, what a stressful nightmare?
However, you can purchase Technical Support by Phone (up to 30 minutes)for $45.00 and receive the same level of consideration, because apparently purchasing All-Pro's products does not entitle you to their support unless you pay extra, what a joke? Be proud of the products you produce by being willing to provide support to anyone willing to have faith in your product!
