Review: The owner of this company installed window screens on my home last September 2012. Recently, 2 of my window screens were damaged beyond repair May 2013. After 4 phone calls to owner, I reached him and requested 2 replacement window screens. He told me to give him about a week. This was almost 3 weeks ago. I have tried calling him numerous times. He will not return my calls. I cannot get my screens.Desired Settlement: I want my screens, and a PHONE CALL.

the complaint makes it sound like we damaged the screens which we did not[redacted] had his house painted and the painters damaged them a year after we put them on . I told [redacted] the two screens would cost 80 dollars and we could bring them out next time we were in tempe. we havent been in the south east valley in two weeks so we havent dropped them off yet. two screens for 80 dollars doesnt even cover the cost of our labor and gas and two weeks is a reasonable time in the busiest part of the season. as for calls I have called back twice now with no answer. here at all pro we pride ourselves on great customer service and we also have a 150 dollar minumum order to drive 80 miles in a round trip. Like I said half the rate and two weeks is not a bad thing to do a favor for someone when we were not the reason for the problem.if [redacted] wants to get screens from a closer co. I have no problem with that since we are taking a loss for doing a favor. its takes all kinds I guess

I went on the internet to find a company for sunscreens for my entire house. After calling a few and not getting any response,I called All Pro Sunscreens and spoke with [redacted]. He set up an appointment immediately and came by to explain the various screen options and take measurements. A couple of weeks later, as promised, he called to schedule the install. Two young men arrived and in a very short time had completed the installation flawlessly. I would definitely recommend All Pro as a professional and reasonable option for your sunscreens.

We love our screens. They look great! All Pro Sunscreens did an awesome job & at a great price! I would highly recommend using this business.

Review: We had sun screens added at the end of summer 2012, during that visit two of our windows were broken. We spent the next few months trying to get a hold of someone from this company. We received a return phone call early this year when the owner was out sick and his daughter was returning calls. He then came out and inspected the windows and agreed to repair them. The window company took a few weeks to measure and install. Now we are unable to reach him again to reinstall the two shades. We feel as though he is dodging us on purpose to avoid finishing the job.Desired Settlement: We have left the screens on the back porch and have left numerous messages that he can stop by at any time to install. We installed these to save on our energy bills, we can't take advantage if the two largest windows don't have the screens on. We are coming up on a full year since we purchased the items. We would like to have the job completed.

we certainly care about our customers and always try to make them happy. when we found out two windows were broken we had a glass co, fix those windows asap but the glass co. did not put the screens back on. I'm the owner and I will be at the house later today to put the screens back on... unfortunatly I recently found out my phone was not letting all my calls get through so I have got a new phone and service and I'm hoping that problem is taken care of and unreturned calls are history.

We hired All Pro Sunscreens to provide sunscreens for our two story home. [redacted] and his team were true professionals providing a quality product. We couldn't be more pleased! Every screen was checked and double checked for proper installation, and when a small problem occurred with a sliding screen door, [redacted] made certain to return in a very timely manner with a special part and a perfect fix. The attention to detail was appreciated, as was their highly professional attitude. We recommend All Pro Sunscreens without reservation.

Review: I purchased sun screens on 5/18/13. The were made and placed on my home as described. I knew about the [redacted] sun screen rebate prior to the purchase and requested that I get all form/papers so I could file for the rebate. Some forms were given to me but unfortunately none stated that I was "paid in full". I have tried several times to call the business and I have left several messages of my need for paperwork that states my purchase has been pain in full so I may obtain the rebate. I have never been called back and I have not received any new paperwork that sates that I have paid in full. I also tried to give [redacted] my cashed check showing that the amount due was paid but unfortunately I have to have the "paid in full" from the business on their form.Desired Settlement: I would like my appropriate paper work showing that I am paid in full so I may to submit to [redacted] to obtain my rebate.

I am aware of this and did recieve a call early last week I returned the call but no answer. all [redacted] needed was an invoice stating paid in full. [redacted] stated in a voice mail I could mail in a copy to [redacted] and it was faxed over to [redacted] on the same day as the call from [redacted] this should be resolved already and no reason for a complaint I deal with [redacted] on a weekly basis so im sure [redacted]s rebate is now in the pipeline

All pro Sun Screens was a great business to work with. They were fast from quote to install and very professional. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

Carl and the entire team at All Pro Sun Screens have been great. On time for estimate and got our screens installed early. I strongly recommend them for anyone that wants a professional, clean, budget minded screen job done. Great product, customer support and service.

Review: I got an estimate, confirmed the price of $564, paid with Credit Card. Screens were to be installed week of June 16th. No show, no call. I called and left several messages, spoke with a lady that was to get back with me..That was Fri June 20, 2014. No contact still and no returned calls. I leave a message daily.. No screens, no contact, yet paid in full..Desired Settlement: I would like the product that I paid for delivered asap.. Otherwise I will withdraw my credit card payment I would like a call to confirm date and time of delivery of the product that was ordered and confirmed 6-11-14. After I paid on 06-11-14, still waiting for product that was promised in a week..
