All Pro Transmission

I brought my car (*** 2013, ***) to All Pro 2 months ago to repair the transmission. They offered 1 year guarantee. After 1 week they called and said it was done and I picked up the car and paid CAD 2800. The next day, the transmission failed again. I returned it to All Pro. Since then, there is no repair, nor refund. The car sits in the back yard and they do not return it to me, do not refund, do not answer calls. It's been 2 months since the car (my property) was seized by All Pro and they refuse to return it to me and refund what I paid.
I do not have a car, I need transportation to work and I was forced to rent to get to work. I spent another 600$ for rent and will be more if the car is not fixed and returned to me.

All Pro Transmission (APT) was rebuild my 2006 *** transmission in MAY 9th 2016 and I have purchase an extended warranty for a year. engine light came on same night that I brought the van from the garage. I took the van back to the APT and he changed one of the solenoid. 2nd day also engine light came on and took the van back to APT and he changed an another solenoid. Some times in June engine light came on then I took the van back to APT he said Dual Linear Solenoid has to be changed and I must pay for the parts. he have quoted $350 for the part, after our (me and *** the Owner of APT) conversation he agreed that I could provide the solenoid and he can installed it for me. so I bought a solenoid from *** and *** swaped the solenoid for the van. After few weeks engine light cam on back and I took the van back to APT and he told me the he have to check the wireing and other issues, so he asked me to bring the van one of the evening he wasn't there, another time he asked me to come and I go he wasn't there. (his wife got a baby). One day when I called him he said he is so busy now and he will call me when he have some free time. on MAR 19th I called him and said we need to fix this issue of the engine light and transmission accting up when I drive long hours continoues. So *** asked me to drop the van on Friday 23rd MAR, I dropped the van in his garage parking lot on Friday MAR 23rd and drop the key in the key slot. same day I called him he didn't asnwer the phone so I text him that I drop the van and key. he replaied back to me that he need about 3 days to diagnose, I said I need the van for the weekend, I called him and said that need the van for the weekend and he said to drop the van on Monday MAR 26th. I drop the van on Monday MAR 26th and I Text him that I dropped the van and please confirm, NO confirmation as of now. I called him few time no answer. This morning Tuesday 27th MAR we (me and my co worker who gives me ride to work) drove by his garage the van still on the same parking and I check the Ody meter with my spare key, ody meter reading same as yesterday. I have lost all my trust and beleive on him (APT ***). so I decided to file a complaint with Revdex.com. My van still at APT according to our conversation on Friday MAR 23rd he needs three days that will be Wednesday MAR 28th.
Issue on the Van: After a long drive clutch stuck and hard shifting some time gear wont change. Initialy in May 2016 I had the same issue after the diagnose he said to rebuild the transmission.
From my knowdelge I believe he haven't fix the initial problem.
