Review: Owner [redacted] Leon of All Pro Treadmill Service (AKA Ace Treadmill Service), serviced my Trimline 4650 treadmill at my residence on 11/7/14. I was charged $160 for full maintenance lubrication and oil. Additionally, due to a noise in the motor, [redacted] offered to remove the motor from my treadmill and perform a bench test/repair at his shop and return to me on 11/10/14 for an additional charge of $95. When I had not heard back from [redacted] in 4-5 days, I was able to reach him by phone 5-6 days after his initial visit and he explained that a personal matter in his family had prevented him from performing the test/repair, and he would get on it right away and get back to me. That was the last time I heard from [redacted]. I received from [redacted] an invoice showing the detail as explained above + his business card, on his initial visit. I have attempted to call [redacted] numerous times + e-mailing, with no responses to my left messages. I visited the address on his business card and it is a PO box at a UPS Store. [redacted] had mentioned to me that the motor was worth approx. $400, when I asked him if the motor might need replacement. It has now been almost 4 weeks since I last heard from [redacted]. The treadmill was hardly ever used, so the condition of the motor and treadmill are in excellent condition, just needing a tuneup. [redacted] said that the motor was operating fine, and that it sounded as if something had slipped into the housing causing the loud noise, but that otherwise the motor was fine. [redacted] has an e-mail site, business card, invoices, and numerous contact phone numbers in several counties serving all of Southern California. Also, I have a copy of my cancelled check of $160 for initial service. This guy has slipped off the map......need your help! Review: [redacted] of All Pro Treadmill Service was called to my house to repair a NordicTrack treadmill on Sept 9.2014. I was told by [redacted] that the console needed to be repaired, and that it needed to be sent to an electrician in Detroit. I was told by [redacted] that he needed to be paid up front for the repairs and for shipping the treadmill console to and from Detroit. He charged me $380.00. I have not yet received my treadmill console.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement of $1415.91 for the purchase of a similar treadmill.

Review: [redacted] came out to diagnose our elliptical in January 2015, told us that we needed to replace our control board, let us know what needed to be ordered and the amount. We thought he ran a legit business, but he robbed us of $523.28. After finally getting ahold of him months later and letting him know we were going to file a theft report, he brought back our own control board and said that the problem was the motor/belt. After exchanging words, he said he would come back the next day and "make it right. He didn't, our elliptical is still broke and he has our money. We have sent emails, texts, etc. and have heard nothing. This scam of a business needs to be reported, shut down. After talking to a lawyer, this was one step in to trying to get our money back, reporting it to the Revdex.com, before taking the last step of small claims court.Desired Settlement: Just want our money back, $523.28.Thank you

Review: [redacted] came out to fix my elliptical machine. I paid him $157 to replace a belt on my elliptical machine. That night the machine was making noise that wasn't there before. Three days later the belt he put on shredded and is now hanging out of my elliptical machine. I've tried contacting this guy several times through text, voice messages, and email. He said weeks ago he would return that Saturday and it never happened. He doesn't respond to any of my forms of communication. This guy should be allowed to rip people off.Desired Settlement: $157 I paid him for a job not done right.
