Review: They started work on the 5th of June and it was suppose to be complete within 2 weeks. All of the material cost and half of labor was paid up front. They came in on the 5th and they were onsite until the 14th. While everything was not done to the complete standards that I had asked them to do it it was a decent job. We even talked about them doing more work for us. When they left on the 14th there was no further communication on their part u tip [redacted] showed up on the 28th. He gutted our master bath that day and payed tile on the floor. The tile was not laid in the proper pattern and it was poorly done in front of the tub. He came back the next day and said he would need to use fabricated cabinets instead of doing the building that we had agreed upon. They also change the solid wood built sink in the hall way bath stating in was a time issue. I expressed clearly that I wasn't comfortable with inferior products to save time when I had already paid for the higher quality work. [redacted] was there on the 28th and again for a couple hours on the 1st of July after showing up late with no apologies. He promised to be back by 8 am the next day and we have not seen him since. I leave multiple texts and messages daily but none are returned. They ask for a draw on what they were owed and never returned. We have a master bathroom that has been gutted and cannot be used by our family of six. This has been 5 days and counting. They took our money, demolished our master bath and the disappeared. Beyond the bathroom they have still left the ceiling in one of the bedrooms incomplete as thy were suppose to work on that as well.Desired Settlement: We are looking for them to pay all addition charges that we will in cure to have their done correctly and completely as was promised in the signed contract.
