*** ** *** *** *** *** To whom it may concern: In reference to customer's response dated 2/13/complaint ID: ***Again, we will send you our letter dated 2/11/16, our letter sent 12/18/2015, Omni Electric's Incwork ticket, Omni Electric's Incproposal #***, emailed pictures sent by Mrs*** on 12/18/15, and a copy of Mrs***'s check #*** These above items explain the time line and situation in regards to this customer which we have already sent and explainedIn regards to Mrs***'s response, she had stated that we had installed used breakers and "bare/stripped" wiresAs you can see by the emailed pictures that Mrs*** herself had sent us, that all breakers are brand new and the exterior jacket only of the 12/wire was torn/damagedThe insulation of the conductors themselves (as you can see in the pictures) is not damaged or removedMrs*** in her response attached Omni Electric's Incsigned proposal #*** which was completed, noted, and paid by check #on 10/30/This was all done when we were completed with the proposal #*** and paid in fullAgain the proposal #*** is the work approved and paid forIt has nothing to do with Mrs*** list dated 10/14/We again said and stand behind our one year warranty to the damaged exterior sheeting on the wireIn Mrs***'s response she had other work performed sometime after 12/29/which does not fall under our scope of warranty workAgain we were not contacted by homeowner until 12/18/15, seven weeks after work was performed, completed, and paid in full by the ***s on siteThank you, President/, Omni Electric, Inc

*** *** ** February 22, Ms*** *** Revdex.com Serving Western Pennsylvania Holiday Drive, Suite Pittsburgh, PA RE: Complaint #*** Against Omni Electric Dear Ms*** Since Omni Electric’s letter of 2/22/continues to be full or lies and inaccuracies, we stand by our request for a full refund from Omni As God is our witness, Omni’s work was either NOT DONE OR DONE DECEITFULLY AND UNSCRUPULOUSLY. Bottom line is that it was imperative that we hire another electrician for safety reasons AND to actually complete the work we hired Omni to do. THERE IS NO OTHER POSSIBLE REASON TO HIRE AND PAY ANOTHER ELECTRICAL COMPANY. We are fortunate that our new electricians knew what they were doing Consumers count on Revdex.com to hold businesses accountable, but it seems that Omni has their own set of rules. Perhaps Revdex.com should have an unbiased electrician make an assessment of our complaint. Nevertheless, Revdex.com needs to warn consumers not to hire Omni, or they will regret it, as we did! in business for over 27 years. We strive to do quality work and to satisfy our customers. This project was no different; we went to customer's home, made a list of customers repair items, as to customers prepared list. We then sent a proposal (see attached) outlining each and every repair item or new installation items. On October 30th 2015 Omni Electric, Inc. completed all the work according to the proposal. The work was reviewed with the customer and a payment in full was issued. We were not notified of any problems until December 18th, 2015. This problem concern was an un¬energized wire dedicated for new dish washer. The outside casing only unknowingly was torn while being installed. This tear was concealed in the wall and not visible at time of completion. The internal wire conductors were not damaged and posed no shock or fire hazard due to DE energization. All other work was completed in full. We advised customer that we have a 1 year warranty parts and labor and would be glad to return to install new wire (see attached letter and pictures). Per our letter we would have returned to install new wiring but to date we have never been contacted by said home owner.In regards to customer request to speak with owner, upon calling Omni Electric, Inc. office customer was asked to leave name and phone number and refused to leave information. Mr.[redacted]s Omni Electric, Inc.'s superintendent and runs all field operations.
