All Purpose Locksmiths

I called this company for a lock on my husbands car, he was stranded at work and needed assitance on unlcoking car door, locksmith advised that he needed a payment before he came out, we payed him upfront then mins later my husband gets a text that he will not be able to make it due to traffic(well of course its traffic its around pm) locksmith texted that will refund money the next day, did not refund money then called my husband and stated because I gave him a bad review online that he will not refund money and do whatever he wanted with debit card infoHe also has been calling my husband and repeatedly for no reason and no resultion on refund
