Horrible Property manager- Stay away or manage yourself better! My biggest complaint about this company is that they totally fail to communicate I call and leave voicemails for Pat (owner) and the secretary and those all go unanswered It's so frustrating and I would leave now but I am under contract with current renter and I would lose money I will definitely not be renewing after that! If you are looking for a service that responds to your requests, please do NOT chose this company!
