All Rental Center Inc

I have experienced continuous negative fallout from doing business with this company. After renting me an ill-maintained piece of equipment, this business has demonstrated a consistent disregard toward me, as a customer, my requirements and an ethical approach to correcting it's own shortcomings. After a billing dispute, which I reluctantly agreed to pay (just to get them out of my hair), I started receiving calls from a bill collector regarding the same bill - 4 months later. All Rental Center had the option to contact me (again), if they ran into issues re-processing the payment in question, but chose instead to attack my credit by assigning the same bill I reluctantly agreed to pay, to a collection agency. After several unpleasant contacts with multiple employees at this business, this final act of malevolence negated the last bit of doubt about this company's contemptable business practices and ethics.
I have steered a number of my colleagues away from doing business with this establishment and strongly recommend the same to others. I've dealt with other companies in this line of business, who actually value their customers and their own reputation.
