We received a quote from Jim B [redacted] , from All Right Roofing, for him to replace our gutters I decided to hire him, and on January 25, 2017, I signed a contract with him I signed the contract, and gave him a check for $3,000, for a deposit for work, and materials he needed to obtain Jim specifically said he would report to begin work on Monday, January Monday came and went, and Jim did not arrive at our house, nor did he call, email, or text me to let me know that he would not be able to make it I called him to inquire as to why he had not come to work, and he replied that the weather was not conducive to work I asked why he didn't call (if something happens that would prevent me from going to my job, I always call!) and he apologized, and told me that if the weather is bad, I should assume he will not be able to work (this in itself, I believe is unacceptable.)
