[redacted] called us out the look at a roof leak at his home We went out and found the roof leak was near a heater stack We apply NP-sealant at the rim of the rain collar and called it finished [redacted] then called back to report it still leaking At this time we had a family emergency and were able to respond to his call right away On May 8, we went back and attempted a second try at the roof leak We added more sealant around the base of the heat stack flashing and did a water test for results After the water leak there was not any water coming into the area that was originally leaking The roof leak has been fixed and we will stand behind our one year warranty [redacted] and I both shook hands and agreed the issue was resolved.Attached is the invoice for the completed work [redacted] All Rite Roofing Systems [redacted] ***
