I lost $to All Roads Express Auto Transport last Summer, The company preys on people that are desperate to move their carsIn my case, I was moving a car from Mid West to North East, I called around for auto transporters and this company said, they already had a trucker that would pickup my car on a specific date, I was asked to sign an agreement so that the trucker will hold a spot for me and pick my car on a promised dateAfter signing the agreement and giving them my credit card number, I realized my mistake, I hoped All Roads Express Auto Transporters would prove to be a good Company but that did not happenThey gave me name of trucker and a phone number, when I called the phone number no one answeredI called All Roads Express Auto Transport and was told that trucker was no where near the area where my car was located he was not going to get to the car at the verbally promised dateI asked to be refunded my money so that I could arrange another transport as this was was unrealiable, that is when all customer service professionalism was thrown out the windowI was told I was not going to get my money backSince my car was starting to incure storage charges, I arrange transport with another transport company that delivered my car on promised time and dateOn a scale of 0-for satisfaction I give this company They are true scammers that prey on innocent consumersCheck other people's reviews and an employee's review that was fired and the owner keeps chasing reviews trying to defend his fraudulent company
I attempted to use All Roads Express to ship my car from PA to IDWhen I decided to go with All Roads they requested a $deposit and gave me the impression that they would be able to find a carrier no problemHaving heard this news, I was hopeful and worry freeThe holiday and new year passed and I was never contacted by the company on the status of finding a carrier to take my carAfter a month of no luck finding a carrier, I was told that Idaho was a "black" state and that carriers do not travel here oftenI was also told that I would have to pay the driver "per mile" (a ridiculous expense) if I wanted them to pick up my car within the next few daysThis information was only given to me after I called and questioned multiple times why no carrier would pick up my car and I had already completed my moveAt this point, I am paying $a week for a rental carFinally after having been in Boise for a week, I cancelled my request with All Roads to go with another companyI still have not received my deposit back for no services renderedI called the company three times to get the payment processed and each time they told me, "you never sent the cancellation request in (which I did twice)Oh here it is, we will process the cancellation this week"I am still waiting to see if they actually "process" my payment, or if they are hopeful I will forget about it and they can keep my money
