I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[I got a call from them at 11:pm and they said they would not let me have my vehicle back until Monday. I said that was not acceptable. I was then told to call Sunday. We went to the yard to try to talk to the as they left us stranded. State law says they have to have a hour option to get your vehicle and they did not. They then told me on the phone on Sunday when I called again, that they now had permission to give me my vehicle and had to make sure they collected the time with my truck to gain full days storage so they could charge it.I was livid and said you left my family stranded so you could charge me a storage fee. They said it was not their policy it was their boss some guy carmine or something. I asked to speak to him and he would not call me back.I went on Sunday morning to get my car and the jacked up teh gate fee they charged for Sunday pickup and the storage. They have a city of San Diego license and have to abide by city rates and they purposely violated city rates. I have filed a complaint with the city attorney to have their license revoked due to violating city municipal code. And state law. They even had the nerve to tell me I can either pay what they want or leave my car and they will charge me dollar more each day. They are not a good company to deal with.]

In response to the complaint made by name [redacted] regarding a tow made by All Roadside Towing on 19 August 2017, after reviewing the recording call we came to the conclusion that everything was made according to the law.On the 19/08/2017 we received a called by a person in charge...
reporting that a pickup truck was parked in a Valet Parking Zone, in which he also mentioned that the owner of the truck was not authorized to park in that space because it's part of the business. After the call was first report it., it took us 2 more hours to arrive at the address provided. We met with the Caller and the driver collected the necessary Signatures and our Driver carried out with this job.By midnight the owner of the vehicle arrived to pick up his vehicle but with no appointment so there was no one in the lot to release the vehicle, the customer is complaining that there was someone in the lot but they did not open because it was the guard and he has no authorization to open the gate to anyone, our office hours are monday to friday from 7.00 am to 5.00 pm other than that we charge after hours fees and customer needs to make appointment, that way we can have somebody at the office to assist them. This customer arrived on a saturday at midnight and also on a sundaywithout an appointmentWhen the vehicle was released the customer signed all the paperwork agreeing to the charges and that the vehicle had no damage.About the charges this is a private company and these our our standard rates.195 per impound55 Storage Attached are the documents with the signatures.
