Review: When I intitically called for locksmith repair, on the phone they quoted me $89. Once the locksmith came I was charged $380 at which the locksmith said my card could not be authorized. I had to go with the locksmith to the bank to withdraw the money and the receipt that was given me did not match the name of the company. I found this company on [redacted]. The lock was also not placed properly and when I tried to call the company they hung up the phone on me.Desired Settlement: I would like a full or partial refund as I think $380 to change a lock is overpriced especially since that was not the price quoted to me.
