Review: On November 16th 2015 I contacted Dave from All Roof & Window systems for a estimate on a roof for a house I was looking at purchasing. He showed up on Nov 20, 2015 at 330 PM and meet myself and my realtor, Bryan Fleeming. He asked upon arrival if we needed a inspection or an estimate. Bryan and myself said repair estimate because we had a home inspection conducted on the 15th of November and new the roof was 39 years old. Dave from All Roof & Window Systems looked at the front of the house and said he can tell that the roof was old and needed to be replaced. He talked about a few options and said that he will email us a quote in a few days. He did not take out a ladder, measuring tape, tools or camera. He just looked at the roof. In all he was at the house for approximately 10 minutes. I received the quote and it had everything from repair to replacement cost and at the bottom it had a price of 275 for inspection. The email was titled inspection but I thought nothing of it. On 1/8/2016 my realtor received an email for a past due invoice for a roof inspection. I contacted All Roof and Window and spoke to Dave in hopes of resolving this. He emailed me on 1/11/16 stating that he did a roof inspection and that I owed him 275.00. I asked for him to forward me a copy of the signed paperwork that authorized him to do a inspection. He stated in email that they do not sign anything for roof inspections and that he was turning this over to collections.Desired Settlement: I would like to have this not go to collections since this a fraudulent claim by All Roof & Window Systems. I have perfect credit and do not want anything to blemish that. I would like All Roof & Window to cease and desist all collections and issue an apology.

I am rejecting this response because: Why would myself or my realtor ask for a roof inspection when the home inspection not 5 day prior to you coming out stated that it was the original roof and needed to be replaced.
