I received a check for $250 from [redacted] for reimbursement that was stated I was to recieve. I am now satsified with the outcome of this complaint. I just wish it never had to go this far to get a business to do what they stated they would do.

In regards to the accusations Mr. [redacted] has stated, I can only say very simply they are not only untrue, but unfounded as well.I was hired by Mr. [redacted] on a time and material...

It is my opinion that Mr. [redacted] ran out of Money and wanted my services for free, because not only did he not pay me for the last day of work but he also showed signs of hesitation in paying for the time I did work. I thought I had made it very clear what time and material meant, but it is clear I was not! I had a conversation with Mr. [redacted], I made it very clear that I did not owe him a dime and in fact he still had more than $400, that I had not charged him for because I understood he was having financial difficulties as it was. I also made it very clear to Mr. [redacted] that I did not owe him any money, but at some point I was willing to make try and make him happy with the situation, and told him when I got back from burying my mother, I would talk with him about this. Mr. [redacted] started making threats that he was going to the Revdex.com and report me and also stated he would take me to court about this, I tried to explain to him, What time and material meant, but apparent ley he did not understand. I am always willing to try and make the customer happy at all cause, but it appears that I am not going to make Mr. [redacted] happy.It is very simple, he wants money back on a job he was not able to finish, he could not afford a professional to do it, so he had his father in law finish it. I am not happy with Mr. [redacted] idea on how to handle a situation, but I stood my ground with him after he showed no care in the world I was burying my mother, and showed threats were his way, and trying to bully his way into getting money back. I think had Mr. [redacted] handled this situation differently there would have been a more favorable outcome on his behalf.
