A couple weeks ago during a windy period, our office door was caught by a gust of wind breaking our hingesI called Door King and they came out and fixed our door and tightened our door closerToday something inside our door closer snapped and oil began dripping everywhereI called Door King in hopes they would repair the damages they may have caused*** (owner) arrived and charged me $360.80! When I asked if the tightening of door closer a couple weeks ago could have been the cause of it breaking, he FLEW off the handle and took off the door closer he just installed!! He was screaming at the top of his lungs and making an embarrassing scene in front of my customersHe proceeded to remove the door closer yelling obscenities and cursing my name all the whileEveryone was in shock after he leftHe exhibited the worst display of customer service I have ever seen!! Truly amazing that he is still in business
