It was my understanding that you would engrave the remainder (my fathers date of death) after he passed away When he showed it to me the first time he said all I had to do is call you to have his date doneThat "everything
was taken care of" Which means to me to just call and it would be done at N/C When we have spoken you have never mentioned a charge, just that you were having trouble finding an engraver Respectfully, *** ***

Review: on 12/21/04 my father [redacted]. bought a headstone. He had it engraved with everything except his death date at a total cost of $1,575.00. He passed away on July, 8 2012. On July 21, 2012 I placed there earn in the ground in a Cemetery in Susanville. I have contacted [redacted] numerious (8-10) times asking for the engraving be finished. I've has excuse after excuse as to why they havent done it. As of this writing 5/26/15 the engraving is not finished & she has not returned my calls.Desired Settlement: Complete the engraving on the headstone....
