As I noted in my complaint I gave the entire breakdown of the occurrence that happen, The Car was detained that can be verified due to the Plates as the Officer Noted it on the Legal paperwork etc....My response has been settled from the finance company whom has returned the offer back to the Dealer A TEAM AUTO/ One Way.Meaning they now (The Dealership)has to retrieve the car themselves from the Impound and they can sale it to someone elseI am delighted with the outcome.It's out of my nameBusinesses should always put customers first and Mainly treat Everyone with Respect!Thank you Revdex.com for getting involved..I will Not Refer Anyone there because of the one management that needs a refresher course in how to deal with the public

Yes they did give me a loaner it took them about a week in a half to offer me something to get a round in but they could never tell me the truth about what was going on with my car and due to there neglect I was with out the car for the whole day of my purchase,Not fare to a paying getting customer they stressed me so badAnd still to this day the car is still having problems because of the place they sent it to I they should be responsible to that first month payment

Alliest [redacted] drove her to the point when according to the warranty company it was neglectful. Such as "the pistons melting on crankshaft of the engine" We once again tried to assist her on obtaining financing for another car but due to her circumstances again we were unable. We allowed her to drive a car for a period as we tried to assist her. Once we exhausted our efforts she was instructed to bring the vehicle back we allowed her to use and she refused.We had to recover the vehicle and she never to this day returned the key for that car. We have done everything and beyond to try to assist this customer in her situation.
