In response to their follow up:1. I was told there was a signed contract. However; we were told by the school, the only person allowed to "sign" a contract is the principal and that was not the E-Signature that was read to me. 2. Correct, I am not the "business owner" - I apologize if a "business owner" is the only one allowed to make a complaint, I am only the Office Manager of years.3. There was no money sent With so many scam companies that operate and prey on unsuspecting consumers, we were well within our rights to follow up with the school to see if this was in fact legitimate. I am not sure that I would consider that "harassing". Most would say it was a smart business decision. There were too many red flags.4. Although "angry secretary" is not quite how I would describe myself, I, the Office Manager, was not going to just "give $to someone who was clearly not happy about the added questions she was being asked. And that in itself, warranted concern. Anyone fundraising for a good cause and wants a donation, surely would not have an attitude when trying to collect the money if asked too many questions. I appreciate the fact that the representative was spoken to. This complaint was not filed with emotion, it was a genuine concern after speaking with the school, (who happens to be our neighbor) and a few other local businesses who were also contacted. It was only filed after we were told it was found unsupported from the school and local police department. I assure you there was no harassment on our part with anyone. As we are in a relatively small area, we look out for our neighbors and local community. It is not nor ever was a smear campaign as Mr Little so aptly puts it. If the Revdex.com determines that this complaint warrants no merit and should be removed from the company's file, then by all means we are all for it. I appreciate the time and responses given to this matter. We in no way want to "smear" a legitimate business, and were genuinely concerned after the information we had been given at the local level

I am rejecting this response because:
In response to All School Funding's communication on 12/18/2014: I am still under the belief that I have been scammed. I was told, and had full faith, that I was buying into a promotional dry-erase magnet that would advertise multiple businesses in the area along with mine. One of which was another dental office, that they mentioned by name on the initial sales call After waiting months for my magnet, that I paid extra for, I emailed and subsequently called the company. I was sent a magnet that displayed the school logo and my logo only. This is absolutely not what I was solicited to purchase When asked to be sent "the same magnet that went out to the schools", none could be delivered. I do not know what was in the UPS box that was delivered and signed for on 9/22/2014. The school is out on holiday break and I am having difficulty fact checking the information supplied by ASF. For this reason, I have been unable to stay within the six day response time enforced by Revdex.com I have discerned that no one has seen the product that I have described, with multiple business logos bordering a dry erase magnet. When a photo of what was sent to me was forwarded to the band director, he indicated he had no knowledge of the project, much less an organized fund raising project specifically for the marching band. I feel that ASF is a fraudulent company and I am wanting a full refund of all monies that they have deceitfully solicited from me; $ *** ***, Office Manager to Dr*** ***

Dear [redacted] I would like to thank you for the opportunity to reply to your complaint and supply you with the supporting information to clarify this misunderstanding. I would like to address each of the 5 points you have stated in your letter so that we make sure ASF has answered you completely....

1. I have attached a e-signed confirmation agreement with [redacted], Choir Dept. Please note that the last time we worked with a school in your district was the early fall semester of 2014 and the items were delivered in Feb. 2015. Since this time we have not contacted any businesses in your area.  2. If a member of your team could make available date & times that calls were made to ASF I will research the call information to find out how/what happened when your associate called our office. If the call(s) attempt was after Nov 18, 1015 we had a new phone system installed that has created an abundance of phone drops, disconnects and phone line failures that we have worked to resolve over the past month. We apologize if this has created any ill will between us as we strive to work with all our customers to answer any questions and resolve any concerns. 3. Our company does not use the word "District" to describe any school, organization, team or community that we have ever worked with in the past or present. Our agreements are with specific organizations within a school and we always refer to a school specifically by name. As we do not have district agreements and are not associated with all the schools within any district that is not a word we use either in our customer conversations or within our office communications. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak directly with whomever is stating that we used the word "District Fundraiser" or "Distributed to all the families in the District." I am aware of other companies that work similarly to ASF in concept but use the word district and offer different distribution but we do not practice this concept. 4. We agree that we did collect money for product, designed the product, produced the product and shipped the product as provided by a delivery signature. 5. We provided product to the Choir dept and did not solicit, describe, state or infer in any way that the District was involved or that the product would be distributed to all families in the District. We appreciate your time in reviewing our response and hope that the information we provided answers your concerns about ASF and all 5 of your points in the initial complaint. The invoice number is [redacted]. This involved both our Autobody Shop business and Hair Salon. We were charged $382.98. Also involved in this complaint is Gilliland's Market, owner, [redacted], and [redacted] Insurance Angecy. I am not certain how much money they are out due to this transaction but I have urged them to file individual complaints as well.Thank you,
