I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
All Sea-Sons is wrong to use a 1x3 back up board between the fascia and the gutter. Most houses have a 1x4 fascia so the ix3 leave a one inch unpainted surface when the old gutter is removed. I recently hired a painter to paint the exposed part part of the fascia and he did the job in about two hours. I will never recommend All Sea-Sons to any one. They should know that using a 1x3 leaves an unsightly unpainted area below the gutter.
