All Seal Exteriors did an outstanding job for us by replacing ceramic tile with Travertine pavers in a French pattern Our pool patio is beautiful now and exceeded our expectations! All Seal Exteriors was contracted to re-model our pool deck and pool in September ASE broke two pool lines and refuses to repair the damage
In September 2017, we contracted with All Seal Exteriors to re-model our fully functioning pool and spa The project was started in late October During the remodeling of the spa, the contractors broke a line between the pool and the spaHowever, as a result of subcontracting and no project manager observing the project, the pool spa was constructed without addressing the leak in the line We have pictures as well as a conversation about the line breakThe owner sent out leak detection person to identify the leak They were not able to identify the leak and advised they would re-figure the pipes to make the spa work The plastering of the pool was poorly done and the owner agreed to re-plaster the pool During the second plastering of the pool, debris and other unknown substance were not properly cleaned and caused another bre

Upon completion of the construction, I noticed that one of the edges was not as represented

The company hires subcontractor to do the job and they are not very professionalThere is no supervisor on duty and the project was not done under the city norms and regulations initially approved by the city and All Seal ExteriorsWe had to wait in two different occasions because they ran out of pavers which delay the project for almost monthsWe also received a LIEN notice under our property from the pavers company because payment was not received on time from them
The project didn't pass the final inspection and we had to have several meetings between the inspector, supervisor, myself and son to get to an agreement to correct what was done incorrectly according to the city regulationSince the project was paid in full before the final inspection this last step took month of negotiations, a long and exhausting process to get the driveway they way the city considers to be in accordance with the city laws
I need All Seal Exteriors to complete the driveway expansion, as originally contracted, as well as make the additional repairs necessary

All Seal Exteriors did a wonderful job on my patio (Eurotile) and deck (Pavers) areaI had given them a very aggressive deadline, and they were able to finish a full week early! They made sure the job was cleaned up afterward and that I was fully satisfied with the job All of this was accomplished for a good and fair price I would use them again in a heartbeat!

These guys did a great job on my driveway. Were in the rainy season so there were a lot of days that the work could not be done but 4 working days is all it took. Driveway looks awesome.
We hired the company to renovate our pool and deck and what should have been completed in 1 week took 3 weeks. It only rained once.
Beware: They may say that they have been in business for 25 years but they havent been doing pool renovations for that long.
All the work is subcontacted out and there seems to be a lack of communications between All Seal and the subcontractors.
DECK:
They claim to be great at a vanishing edge decks, THEY ARE NOT. Parts of the edge is wavy and is not the same width all around. We pointed out parts of it to them and they fixed it but in doing so created others inconsistencies.
They laid a tarp on our lawn for the sand and alot is on our lawn. I use present tense as we cant get rid of it. We had a lot of cleaning up to do.
The also took the excess travertine for the deck and starting putting it on the lawn, until I asked them to put it on the driveway to avoid ruining our lawn.
The subcontractors who did the deck speak no English, at times I had to get a neighbor to communicate with them.
DIAMONDBRITE.
They diamondbrite the pool and the walls and steps were wavy, they couldnt reinstall our poollight. They blamed everything on our pool being old and our light being old. The company dont do new pools only pool renovations, and pool renovations are only done on old pools not new pools.
All the subcontactors they use are incompetent. It was like looking at a bad movie except we were staring in it.
(1) Pool light installed with gaps. - they filled up the pool knowing that the light wasnt installed . They attempted to fix it with the pool full and broke the travertine above the pool light. The subcontractor for the deck came out to repair it and cut it too short. They couldnt resolve the issue with the pool filled and they had to drain the pool to resolve the issue.
(2) Incorrect tiles on stairs. - they used the wrong tiles for the stairs and it had to be removed. They dumped the debris on the side of our yard next to the pool equipment. We had to clean it up.
(3) Stairs -they subcontractor who came to do the diamondbrite was unaware that the stairs had to be removed. He had to return to remove it.
(4) Vacline - The vacline was not completed when the pool was filled,therefore the pool had to be partically drained AGAIN for the 2nd time to finish the vacline.
(5) Vacline Valve - the vacline valve was placed in the wrong place making the vacline useless.
(6) Pool cleaning - they promised that the pool will be cleaned for a month. Completely false! With the constant draining of the pool in week 2 and week 3 all the chemicals added were drained away. At the end of week 3 he stated that his job was done.
We will not deny that our deck and pool looks great. But it took 3 weeks to complete with us pointing our their incompetence in doing the job.
We were happy to not have them come back on our property.
