All Seal Exteriors was contracted to re-model our pool deck and pool in September ASE broke two pool lines and refuses to repair the damage In September 2017, we contracted with All Seal Exteriors to re-model our fully functioning pool and spa The project was started in late October During the remodeling of the spa, the contractors broke a line between the pool and the spaHowever, as a result of subcontracting and no project manager observing the project, the pool spa was constructed without addressing the leak in the line We have pictures as well as a conversation about the line breakThe owner sent out leak detection person to identify the leak They were not able to identify the leak and advised they would re-figure the pipes to make the spa work The plastering of the pool was poorly done and the owner agreed to re-plaster the pool During the second plastering of the pool, debris and other unknown substance were not properly cleaned and caused another bre

All Seal Exteriors did a wonderful job on my patio (Eurotile) and deck (Pavers) areaI had given them a very aggressive deadline, and they were able to finish a full week early! They made sure the job was cleaned up afterward and that I was fully satisfied with the job All of this was accomplished for a good and fair price I would use them again in a heartbeat!

We hired the company to renovate our pool and deck and what should have been completed in week took weeksIt only rained once Beware: They may say that they have been in business for years but they havent been doing pool renovations for that long All the work is subcontacted out and there seems to be a lack of communications between All Seal and the subcontractors DECK: They claim to be great at a vanishing edge decks, THEY ARE NOTParts of the edge is wavy and is not the same width all aroundWe pointed out parts of it to them and they fixed it but in doing so created others inconsistencies They laid a tarp on our lawn for the sand and alot is on our lawnI use present tense as we cant get rid of itWe had a lot of cleaning up to do The also took the excess travertine for the deck and starting putting it on the lawn, until I asked them to put it on the driveway to avoid ruining our lawn The subcontractors who did the deck speak no English, at times I had to get a neighbor to communicate with them DIAMONDBRITE They diamondbrite the pool and the walls and steps were wavy, they couldnt reinstall our poollightThey blamed everything on our pool being old and our light being oldThe company dont do new pools only pool renovations, and pool renovations are only done on old pools not new pools All the subcontactors they use are incompetentIt was like looking at a bad movie except we were staring in it (1) Pool light installed with gaps- they filled up the pool knowing that the light wasnt installed They attempted to fix it with the pool full and broke the travertine above the pool lightThe subcontractor for the deck came out to repair it and cut it too shortThey couldnt resolve the issue with the pool filled and they had to drain the pool to resolve the issue (2) Incorrect tiles on stairs- they used the wrong tiles for the stairs and it had to be removedThey dumped the debris on the side of our yard next to the pool equipmentWe had to clean it up (3) Stairs -they subcontractor who came to do the diamondbrite was unaware that the stairs had to be removedHe had to return to remove it (4) Vacline - The vacline was not completed when the pool was filled,therefore the pool had to be partically drained AGAIN for the 2nd time to finish the vacline (5) Vacline Valve - the vacline valve was placed in the wrong place making the vacline useless (6) Pool cleaning - they promised that the pool will be cleaned for a monthCompletely false! With the constant draining of the pool in week and week all the chemicals added were drained awayAt the end of week he stated that his job was done We will not deny that our deck and pool looks greatBut it took weeks to complete with us pointing our their incompetence in doing the job We were happy to not have them come back on our property

My drive way stamped concrete have a lot of breaking and a long crack at the entrance I hired all seal exteriors to widen my driveway, april XX XXXX from a one car to a two car side by side,job was complete june XX XXXX my driveway have a lot of breaking, look like the material is very cheap, there is a big crack in the drive way entrance.I call the the owner Mr JP to meet at my driveway so we can talk about the problem, he refuse to come.I went to broward county counthouse I get no help
