I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Its fine but I find that all mechanics have ways to make ends meet and get the money they want out of customers. Its my fault for not getting the correct work done but, I would never want a partial fix on an old vehicle knowing id run into the same issues down the line. So when I ask for a repair I thought that meant complete fix of putting in whole new parts as far as my break lines go. I would have never had to get the repair if destinys auto sales fixed my car in the first place as promised. So its cool. Bill is a good guy I just didnt like the fact that I didnt recieve a full repair. Also I had to pay for the same part to get fixed again when I was told I had a warranty. Thats what im not happy about and bill knows that was wrong. He made a mistake repairing a line and made me pay to get it fixed again. That was not right. I felt like that was not how you treat loyal customers.

If customer didn't understand our invoice describing what the repair consisted of, the time to ask about it was before he sign the invoice and paid for the work. Not a year after work was completed. The invoice clearly states what work was completed and he drove off satisfied. As to the cost of the same vehicle all brake lines to be replaced at this facility, theprice would be over a thousand dollars. As to not understanding his invoice , the price changed when we discovered bad pads & rotors. the customer only had certain amount of funds to spend on the job. We do not understand why customer keeps saying he spent a thousand dollars when in fact the invoice clearly states what was fixed , what parts were replaced and lastly $615.25. All Season auto has been in business since 2002 & we don't intentionally trick or deceive  any of our customers ever. if customer misunderstood-assumed-mis-interpited my invoice wrong, we here would try to help in any way. finally, customer after repair drove off and was happy to be back on the road. He drove vehicle for almost a year on the fix . I don't really have anything else to say. I don't like losing good customers.

To whom this may concern: On feb.11,2014 a 1999chrysler 300m came to our shop withunsafe brake system, virtually no brakes. Customer was quoted a price to repair rusted brake lines from flex lines at master cylinder to ABS module only. quote and final charges were for those front lines only which...

were repaired so that customer could drive with confidence &  safety. No other lines on the car were included. At that time front lines were the problem. This is what the charge was for, customer stated he was charged $1000.00 when in fact he paid $575.00, which he paid and happily drove off.  eight months later customer came back and requested tune-up and various other work to be performed and said he was very happy with what we repaired on his brakes and quote "you know I love you guys". The date then was 10/14/2014, eight months after repair on brakes. After that repair was completed on Nov.17,2014 he came back to us and said he had a leak. We checked and the flex line on the master cylinder dropped down and rubbed the new line  against the exhaust manifold bolt.We told him the flaw was not our fault, that the repair would cost  $110.00. A 15 year old car does have problems with rust and I can t  be warranty or be responsible its failure. We all know the severe winter weather we have in columbus 2014. At this time I told customer I know he spent money already on the lines ,so I would discount the repair so he would at least be satisfied. Evidently, he did not appreciate my effort. He said he could pay $80.00 and I agreed. Repair was done,Again we will warrant normal part failure if we install, but not if car design causes failure. Normal warranty period for this repair is 6months.         Sorry for the delay in our answer,
