(Revdex.com copied from original documentSee attached file.)Dear Sir or Madam,This letter is in reference to attached complaint from the Revdex.com dated 2/13/First and foremost, I would like to point out a few discrepancies in the complaint provided by the claimant, [redacted] brought in tax documents for the tax year of 2015, in April of The tax return was prepared by the owner of the company, and attempts were made to contact the client, to a non-working phone numberIt is the practice of this office to return personal documents to nonpaying clients after a period of monthsThe paperwork was sent out to the claimant via US mail in the summer of 2016.Furthermore, on January 28th the office of All Seasons Bookkeeping and Tax Svcexperienced a major computer outage, which were not completely restored until the 10th of FebruaryAt no point was the claimant told we were too busy to help herWith her original documents sent out in the mail, and our computer systems down, we had no way to access the digital copies we keptOn Monday, February 12th the claimant came into our office, with a completely disrespectful attitude, unwarranted accusations, and refusal to listen to the solution we had at that point,On Tuesday, February 13th, when access to prior years records was available, the tax return was printed, and mailed to the claimant for her to file with the IRSThis return was sent out to her at charge, which we never expect to see.On a closing note, this office is a fully credentialed reporting agency for the IRS and are always well within guidelines and regulations of record retention, and HIPAA lawsFailure to maintain a working phone number, and a two-year time lapse before looking into your own personal information, are hardly grounds to register a complaint.Sincerely,Pat M [redacted] ***Office ManagerAll Seasons Bookkeping & Tax Services
