responded that he was in no hurry and wanted to burn more of the oil he had on hand. He was contacted more than once to schedule the installation and continued to delay the installation. At some point I assume he received a payment notice from the finance company. He then contacted me and said he did not authorize the processing of his order and he was only authorizing us to check his credit. This is totally untrue however I was very courtesy and explained the process as it had occurred. [redacted] said that he didn't order it and wanted to cancel the order. Immediately I agreed to cancel the transaction. As a matter of fact I agreed to cancel the order before he contacted the Revdex.com. Subsequently the transaction has been cancelled. I no way was [redacted] mislead or treated unscrupulously and he has not incurred any expense whatsoever.
