Company advised that they have refunded her the check and have tried contacting her 3 to 4 times a week, but she has not been contacting them back.

Review: I contacted this company on Thursday, May 21, 2015 for a quote. I wanted a spring clean up including mowing, edging, collections of leaves/debris, and cleaning out of several flow beds. I was contacted by their representative who quoted me a price for all the work. He indicated completion of the work may be possible the following day (Friday) or the day after that (Saturday). While taking my credit card information, he spoke to someone about scheduling. He then indicated that the work could not be done until the following Tuesday, May 26, 2015. I agreed and their representative billed my card for the full amount.

On Tuesday, May 26, 2015, it rained all day. I assumed the workers were unable to complete their work because of the rain. I contacted them first thing on Wednesday, May 27, 2015. I spoke to a receptionist who told me she would call me right back about when they would complete the work. She never called me back. During the late afternoon that same day, I called back. I spoke to the same person and she hadn't followed up about scheduling. She told me she would immediately. I got a call back about 20 minutes later. She indicated they would be at my house the following day. I emphasized the importance of this work being completed as soon as possible.

The following day, Thursday, May 28, 2015, they didn't come to perform the work. I called late in the afternoon and spoke to the general [redacted], Patrick. He told me they never should have accepted the job in the first place, but since they're a "reputable company," they would come do the work the next morning. I again emphasized the importance of this work being completed as soon as possible.

The next day, Friday, May 29, 2015, I called first thing in the morning to confirm they were coming. They had a crew en route. The crew showed up, worked for less than an hour, and only did some of the weeding and debris collection. They didn't mow, edge, or clean out the flower bed directly in front of my house. The weeding they did do was incomplete. Basically they did about a third of the negotiated work. I called and left a message, expressing my frustration. I spoke to the same receptionist I'd talked to two days prior. I told her I wanted a refund. She told me the ** would issue the refund. Instead, I received four calls in quick succession from the **, Patrick, who then left me a voicemail. He asked me to call him back regarding my issue with their "spring clean up" of my property. I called him back. He told me their "spring clean up" doesn't include mowing or edging. I told him that his office assistant/sales representative, Frank, left me a voicemail indicating it would. He told me they would process a refund that same day for me.

I called my bank on Monday, June 1, 2015. They had no pending refund from the company. I called the company. I spoke to the same female receptionist. She told me they would do it today, and frankly, she sounded quite apathetic about the situation.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund, totaling $264.

All season lawn care refunded $ 264.00 back to Mr. [redacted] credit card on June 2 .2015 for spring clean up. The reason why refund was not made the same day we where having some problem with out credit card system on June 1,2015. On June 2, we where steel having some internet problem Mr [redacted] card was charge again $264.00 but we notice it right away , and cancel the charge asap, we also credit $264.00 back to has card from May 21,2015. I Patrick the [redacted] and my staff is very sorry for the miss understanding. I talk to my staff about when we are book in work just explain to our client that we are over booked, this is a very busy time of the season for us , we would like to tell Customer no we are too busy at this time , then to have a Customer under happy with our services ,we try where hard to make all Customer happy , but sometime that not the case, My office staff will tell customer if they can wait a week or two we will be more than happy to take care of them. Review: I entered into a contract for lawn care with All Seasons Lawn Care this Summer of 2014. The contract was to include mowing every 2 weeks as well as fertilization and weed control. The grass has never been cut in a timey manner of every 2 weeks which was stated in the contract, my grass looks horrible has holes (divets) in it. I have tried repeatedly to work with the account manager to resolve these issues. I requested a schedule of when the grass would be cut, and fertilized. I was told that would be impossible due to the rainy season. This week for example, I had to contact the account manager and let him know that it is coming up on 3 weeks and the grass has not been cut, and that it would be done "this week" as of August 9 my lawn has not been cut. For the last 48 hours, I have been trying to contact the account manager to find out when my grass will be cut. Please note, that I have paid each an ever invoice upon receipt. This has been the standard of care from the beginning so their mission of "highest quality service" IS SIMPLY NOT TRUE. I WIL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund and release from my contract as well as a letter of apology. I am also letting them know that I WILL NOT BE PAYING ANY FURTHER INVOICES. My lawn looks horrible.
