Hired for a season to plow elderly/disabled/deaf/demented parents approach to their home (not the full driveway due to parked vehicle)Before signing contract we made it very clear that they had regular home care providers and frequent doctor/emergency needs in which we MUST have snow removed for transportationNo problem since not only did they say they provided the regular removal but also a 2nd push later in the day, behind city plow bui(which was all even spelled out in the contract)ALL LIES - no show everydayLuckily we were able to stop payment on check and we were able to get friends to help shovel for imperative heart doctor appointmentBEWARE, even rude on the phone
