They made an appointment to move us today 7/24/and did not show up

Do not use this moving company! I scheduled a move a week in advance Spoke to Angel the day before to confirm and go over details He made it seems like everything was great and good to go! The very next day the company was a no show! I called and couldn't get anyone to answer I left a voicemail and never received a call back I should have read the reviews! Don't be fooled by this store front money laundering so called business! The FBI should look into this one! Seems to me like they just answer the phone and straight up BS in case they are being watched ;)!

I am rejecting this response because: the poorly written response indicated the vendor both ignored the facts presented and misrepresented the truth The vendor was notified of the claim and partial documents (photos and estimate) were submitted initially when I requested information on how to process the claim One picture of the dishes showed the box plainly marked 'red dishes' and my daughter saw the mover drop the box and kick it out of the way in the front yard The box couldn't be located immediately at the new location due to the sizable number of boxes and the movers' rush to leave.When the complete claim was submitted via email, the email was returned without delivery When the mover was contacted, he refused to provide a mailing address to file the claim As stated, personal circumstances (illness and death in the family, out of state) added to the time it took to get free furniture estimates (most vendors want payment for providing furniture estimates) I mailed the claim package to the vendor using an address found for the vendor online (one of two...the USPS couldn't locate the first as a valid address) certified mail, return receipt requested The claim was returned to me stamped 'return to sender, unable to forward.' I have the stated packaged marked as such.As we witnessed the damage occur on both items claimed, we filed the claim We did not file for other items scratched, chipped, etc.We have no idea if the vendor's claim that he is licensed and bonded is true, since he seems to have a problem with the truth, but I definitely question the mover's business ethics and would not recommend this mover to anyone.

I moved her ms *** on 1-13-we conducted our move if you read her complaint how long it mr took to get to me about the issues I told her I needed the estimates and has she states on her complaint she had to leave town well when a customer doea a complaint they have daya as I told ms ***
to send me pictures and stuff of the damages by march should been taken cared off no onw kicked no box and we use padded dollya with a paf on the dolly at no point she vame to tell me anything that she seen as a concern about us moving her stuf she could atoped me and told me about it and would been fixed box we did not moved because theres was breakable in thr box we can hear yhe glass and was not moved my giy took it off the dolly and placed it to the side hole mive was done and I was paid at the end of the moveAll the futniturw was padded and securely in the truckHer mive was done on 1-13-we are on 6-1-but a cuatomwr has days to file a co plaint send a lettwr to me telling me about it I asked her about estimates over the phone and she took cloae to months to gwt back with me if ahe was worried about her furniture ahe could handle it quicker I did raiaed my voice due to her attitude so I gave her an attitude back because months later she wants me to stuff that we never damaged im sorry doesnt work like that you see something wrong stip the job let them know or run them off the job she never did told u anything and after we was done we asked her if everything was ok she said ahe was satisfied with our workDoesnt make sense Thank you

I contacted this company on Friday morning and scheduled a move between 1-2 pm on Sunday afternoon. I showed up at my storage company at 1:30 pm waiting for someone to show up. At 2 pm still no one showed up. I started putting stuff from my storage into my truck just to give them a little more time yet still no one arrived. I called the company and at first no one answered, finally when I got a hold of someone he told to me that he was going to contact his guys to see where they are. I never heard back from them and he never answered his phone again when I called.
After the fact I saw another review on yelp where they did the same thing to someone else. This company should not be allowed to remain in business.
They are wasting peoples time with this unreliable service.
