All Season Tires

Review: Went to get a used tire on my 2004 Cadillac Escalade, on January 14, 2016. I asked for the same size tire because its an all wheel drive. Gentleman with red hair brought out a tire for another man to put it on. A month later, after my vehicle says service stability as well as business trip off. I notice that its the wrong size tire. I call them four times before they tell me to come in to work out a deal. So I go in on Monday, February 22, 2016. They tell me that all they can do is change the one tire that is the wrong size. I say, "That's not gonna take care of the money that I have to pay out for the damages, I have to take my vehicle to the Cadillac dealership in [redacted]. They charge me $115 an hour, but OK. I'll wait." I waited for a while when I saw the owner pull in in his white Chevy Trailblazer. I approached him as he was talking to a gentleman. I asked him, " you are the owner, right?" He said, " No, I am just a friend of this man right here." I said, "OK." And went back to my vehicle and waited for a long time, my boyfriend, [redacted] got out and wanted to walk over the the business next door. The red haired gentleman saw this and told him to get in the vehicle and leave, and stated that we were trespassing, and he would call the cops. So we left and went to the business next door. The woman there stated that the man in the trailblazer was the owner.Desired Settlement: I would like four brand new all weather tires in exchange for me needing to service my stability system, business trip off, getting my transmission checked, and my transfer case checked. Thank you.
