I had my truck only weeks and there were several issues with it which I took in for repair to the dealership They have had it for over weeks I bought my truck, a Chevrolet Colorado, from Reeder on Jan31, When I test drove it the orange service engine light would go on and off The salesman, assured me that the truck had been checked out and it was nothing major He also said if there was something major wrong with the truck that the service engine light would be redBut if it turned out to be something major they would take care of repairing itI had the truck less than weeks and I noticed several other issues with the truck The tailgate wouldn't open, the AC/Heater fan wouldn't work and the engine light stayed on continuously So I took it to Reeder to get it checked out/repaired on February They called me to let me know that indeed it was something major with the engine it will cost approximately $3,to repair my truck and they still have the truc
I took my vehicle here for repair after Allatate backed their service. They had it 3 weeks and sent it home unrepaired! All state sent me to Reeder for a repair after a city bus hit my jeep. They had the vehicle 3 weeks and 1 day, for what should have been a mi final repair. I took the vehicle home and it is still broken.... the shop manager kept telling me it's fixed, but I took it to another shop and they showed me what is wrong and explained that Reeders service tech put my Jeep back together improperly. The service manager refused to fix it, and still charged the city for the repair so now I am stuck with a broken vehicle. Something needs to be done about this type of situation. This leaves the consumer in a position with no leg to stand on.... besides contacting an attorney which I truly should not have to do since the city bus driver was at fault for accident! Please help
I bought a used SUV months ago and the emergency brake cable broke causing the axle and come other things to break as wellI took the SUV back to the dealership to get the repairs and they quoted me to repair itI did not have it done there and decided to get a second opinionWhat Reeder told me was wrong with the car is what *** *** *** also told me was wrong with itHowever they only charged me for the exact same thingThe part the SUV needed is a part that can only be ordered at the dealerI was please with Reeder until thisI feel like they tried to put me out a lot of money
I went to reeder chevy for a a/c problemmy air was very cold and told them blower would stop for a few seconds and be finethis was on tueswhen I brought it inwed they call say its an ambient air sensor problem be to fixdays go by and no progress updatefinally I call and say what is going on with my truckservice manager tells me we replaced ambient sensor and now air is not working than tells me my compressor and condenser air shot and need to fixi just had my compressor replaced about months ago and said no way cause I checked their reviewsso long story short I brought my truck to them with cold ac going to pick it up days later with ac blowing warm and having to pay them this place is worst dealership I have EVER been to in yrsthey dont call to tell you problem or progressconsumer beware and stay far away

My Zgot into a minor accident 12/30/we took it to Reeder 1/4/to start repairEstimated completion was daysWe didnt recieve the car back until somewhere around 3/24/At the time my husband had a traveling job so the car didnt get driven muchHe put miles on it and it spun a rod bearing because oil lines were left leaking from it originally being repairedSo we took it back to them for them to fix itIt was there another weeks or soWe got it back on a Friday and by Saturday it was doing the same and had a lifter tick cause metal shavings were still in the motorInsurance ended up totaling the car because it had to have a new motorIt was in the shop with the exception of maybe 4-weeks from January 4th - July 17thI paid my car payments every month for a car that was just sittingReason it was sitting is the service manager kept saying he couldn't get ahold of my insurance adjuster, when I spoke with him almost dailyHe blantley, along with ***
