On 10/16/a technician was sent to the residents because the customer called in stating she had a plumbing leak that needed repaired and the customer also wanted a quote to have a gas line movedThe technician informed the customer that the line was leaking behind the tub and the floor was rotten due to the leak and was worried the entire tub was going to fall throughHe informed the customer we would be glad to fix the water line after the floor had been replaced.He informed the customer that the company would be unable to do the moving of the gas lineThe quote involved moving the gas line and no charge was issued for this.The $100,charge was for letting the customer know what the leak situation was and for safety reasons the technician could not attempt repairs until the flooring had been replaced and stabilizedThere was not any mention of this service being a "quote"We did not issue nor do we ever issue any "hidden" charges.We will set this customers account to a zero balance and are disappointed that upon receiving this bill the customer could not have called our office and spoken to someone in billing to resolve this situation before feeling that this step was necessary.All Season, IncRepresentative
